Sarah Warren, PhD
President and Founder
Sarah Warren, PhD, served as the Midwest Regional Testing Psychologist for the National Football League’s Program for Substances of Abuse, one of four psychologists in the country to serve concurrently as a regional psychologist. She is a nationally renowned hospital-trained psychologist with decades of experience in work with complex psychiatric cases, often in high-stakes contexts. She has considerable experience with the challenges particular to high net worth individuals and families.
She trained at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (now Northwestern Medicine), and previously worked at Rush University Medical Center. She co-launched and directed the Alcohol and Drug Prevention Program at University of Chicago, and has appeared in the Chicago Tribune and on national television. The ARC Professional Group continues to provide clinical services through the National Football League’s Program for Substances of Abuse.
Dr. Warren is an innovator in the field of mental health care delivery, having created a novel theoretically-informed model for family and executive Interventions, as well as a unique approach to delivery of team-based concierge services.

Eliza Hofman, MFA, E-RYT

Eliza Hofman, MFA, E-RYT, is a first year medical student with a decade of experience teaching yoga for mental health at Yellowbrick Treatment Center and in the Evanston community. Her background includes training in yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga nidra with Parayoga, Kripalu, and Yandara Yoga Institute. Eliza compassionately guides her clients to establish an embodied peace within the body and mind. Her teaching style is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Tracy Trauscht, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker (Independent Contractor)
Tracy Trauscht, LCSW has over 20 years experience working with individuals and families who struggle with mental illness. Her work has included treating those impacted by trauma, substance dependence/ abuse, and pervasive mental health issues.
Ms. Trauscht is an experienced group leader including facilitation of groups on DBT, CBT and ACT. Ms. Trauscht’s work history includes an active presence in both hospital and residential settings including North Shore University Health System and Yellowbrick. Her clientele included individuals 17 years of age and older, families, and couples.
While in attendance at Loyola University Chicago, she was awarded a fellowship with the Center of Urban Research and Development where she did research on the availability of residential access to persons with physical differences.
Her areas of mental health expertise include working with individuals, couples and families to address anxiety and mood disorders, severe mental health conditions, personality disorders, trauma, and substance use and other compulsive disorders.

Jeremy P. Johnson
Sober Companion & Recovery Coach
When the Covid pandemic began, Jeremy left a successful career acting and teaching theater to become a mental health counselor. Jeremy completed his coursework and training to receive a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. During his internship at The Josselyn Center, he treated a variety of concerns, including substance use issues among adolescents and adults. His long career includes teaching and coaching young people in a variety of contexts.
He says, “I know the monumental challenge of overcoming an addiction and how it can threaten physical and mental health, torpedo relationships, and derail plans and dreams. But I have also witnessed the joy of recovery, and I understand that having a compassionate, supportive guide can make a huge difference when you’re forging a new path.”
